Looks like I purchased updates for aou and aba for 2007 (I have invoice with license codes, etc, but did not activate them.  When I tried to purchase update for 2008 ABA it would not allow me to purchase, probably because 2007 was not activated.  When I tried to activate it I was blocked (too many tries -- contact tech support for more.  I must have had problems after the purchases last year, and never followed up at the time to complete the activation.

My registration window shows 2007 aba was downloaded, but AOU was not, even though I paid for them.  How do I complete the activation and downloading of 2007 aba and aou so that I and get and install the 2008 aba and aou?  When i tried to download 2007 aou upgrade, I could not see a way to do that without going through the "purchase" routine, which I have already done.

Hi Bob,

You have a license for Birds-ABA-2007-w-subspecies not the one without the subspecies. The 2008 version of that one will be out within a few weeks. So, that is why it will not let you purchase "Birds-ABA-2008" at the upgrade price. I reset your activations on your ABA-w-subspecies tax list for you.

You have the Birds-AOU-2007 license, so you can purchase the Birds-AOU-2008 license at the upgrade price.

I have attached the old ABA-2007 tax list and checklist data to this post. You can download them and follow the instructions on the Downloads :: Tax List Instructions page on this site to complete the import. You will need the Unzip password, license ID and license password from you purchase invoice. You can logon to the Online Store (Purchase :: Logon to the Online Store page on this site) to retrieve all of that.
