Sorry for the confusion. Please tell me what step is giving you problems from the Downloads :: Tax List Instructions page. I am unsure where you are at when you say "having problems opening the above".

Please tell me what you are doing and what happens; including the full text of any messages, etc.

Then we can get the solution to you.

Hi Jeff,

When I downloaded upon release Clements 2008 it did not complete. I imported it onto my computer in the prescribed way. i have not been using this and only noticed it the other day. I cannot find my original licence details for this upgrade.

Today I downloaded the zip file with the above to re-impot. Could not release from the zip file as my licence codes were not recognised. Thes codes were from earlier versions and tried them to see if they would work.

Thanks, have used the password to unzip file that you have sent. However it keeps throwing up the password needed box.

Thanks for the reply, its all sorted. I downloaded the wrong taxonomy. Of course the password would not work. Thanks for your continued patience with me My one consoling thought is that I am not the only dope who uses this site
