The Checklist Editor shows both "Common" and "Found" columns. When I go to Reports to print off a Checklist for a given location, how can I limit that report to just "Common" species, not all "Found" species? I find that my printed checklists are often cluttered with lots of species that have occurred in the given location at some time or other but are very unlikely to been seen there again. I'd sure like to avoid including these "extraneous" species when I print checklists. Any advice on how to accomplish this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not currently possible Bud. I will move this to the Wishlist forum so I can get it in the next release.

Thanks for the reply, Jeff. Adding this to the Wish List is fine. Maybe it could take the form of a radio button on the Checklist panel with two choices: - "Include all species ever found at this location" - "Include only species routinely found at this location" or something along those lines. I'm sure you can think of better ways to do this than I can!
But this raises another question in my mind. In terms of the present release of BD, how is that "Common" indicator currently used? Does it have any practical application (for want of a better term), or is it strictly informational? I'm just wondering if it comes into play elsewhere in BD.

Currently, it has no application in BD. It is part of a much larger checklist functionality that has never been implemented. All of this is currently (and currently in the software development business means very little) planned for version 3.7.
