Hi Jeff,

I'm confused about the Analyze Checklist Import Data dialogue box.  I have 726 records to analyze to be added. They currently have no checkboxes checked.  If I want them to import, do I leave them blank, or put a green check mark in the checkbox?

btw, the CLEMENTS6 key didn't work.  Oh well.

Hi Diana,

The video should have instructed you to leave the Analyze... checkbox unchecked. But, since you left it checked, you are now at this window. Just leave as is and click the Continue Import button.

The Priority Code should have been entered during your Purchase/check-out procedure as explained at the bottom of the Purchase => Instructions page on this web site. I will add Store Credit to your account to be used in the future on any additional purchases.

I completed the import and  after I added the licencing information then I got the message:

Your checklist is installed!

Then I got the message shown on the screenshot.

Does this really mean that it is not installed?  Do I need to start over? If I start over, do I need to clear everything out before I do, like including the registry?

As for entering the code, the box for it did not appear on the first page so I went to the page where I enter the credit card info, and it did not appear there either. So I clicked on the back arrow and voila, I got a different page that confirmed my purchase.  Perhaps I didn't buy anything at all?

The above message did not come through correctly. It should say:
Your checklist (pointy bracket) not yet imported (pointy bracket) is installed! This program must have perceived the pointy brackets as html code.

Hi Diana,

Please disregard the Program Compatibility Assistant message from Vista. BD is correctly installed.

Also, disregard the other messages. Can you see and use Clements v6.3.2?

Seems to be working fine. Just seemed odd that I got two message saying that the checklist was not installed.
