I put a report together from my last trip, and can neither save or email a copy as seen in BD.  The report looks excellent on the screen, and it is saved as a ".csv" with 1 KB in size.  When I select the file, it opens a spreadsheet (well, sort of) that looks nothing like the original.

You want to select the Output Format from the Output dropdown on the Print/Preview window before clicking the Output button. See screen shot below.

Choose PDF or HTML (depending on your email program) for email - I like the way those look.

For printing to your printer, choose Printer from the dropdown.
