Jeff,

Something I did during the week caused my system to consider itself "reconfigured" and I had to re-activate Windows. As I suspected, that also triggered a reset of my BD activations - which seems to have been used up (I've had to reinstall Windows both here and on my laptop a few times over the years). If you could reset me at your convenience, I'd appreciate it - nothing urgent as I don't have any critical needs just now.

Thanks!

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

I am showing that you are good on activations. Are you trying to enter your 3.5 license instead of your 3.6 license as you should be? Only enter your 3.6 License ID of 455276.

Let me know,

Jeff

Yup - that was it. Or at least, I wasn't using the right license number, not sure if it was the 3.5 wrong one or another wrong one
