I run everything on a MAC. I have the VM software for simulated Windows XP. I do not connect to the internet through the VM machine because of security issues. I used the MAC internet connection to download/upload the files and then moved them to the VM machine.

I successfully installed the V3.6, but when I try to enter the license number it freezes up. This is probably because its trying to verify the license online, which is not available on the VM PC machine. Solution?

Hello Katherine,

Instead of clicking on the Unlock Now button on the License Info window, use the Unlock by email button. Then post back here with the two user codes you find on that window. Do not close this window until I respond with the two reg key codes that you will enter to activate your license.

I have downloaded your v2 database and am busy converting it. I should have that back to you by the end of today.
