Jeff:

It looks like I have a naming issue, similar to those posted in 2008.  I cannot access the report print/preview without getting an error.  Last sightings trip list was purportedly named Terrapin Park (this morning) and that was the report to be printed.  I couldn't identify any of the template categories you listed in the previous posting as duplicates, but perhaps I can't see all of them from the user screens.  One the error occurs, I can't do anything else except close.

Please let me know what you think.

Can you please ZIP/compress and upload your database to me so that I can have a look at it?

Use the Support => File Upload page on this site. Your database file is "database.mdb" and probably located in "c:\program files\birder's diary\data\" or "c:\birder's diary\data".

I should be able to fix it immediately and return it to you.

I am showing that no file has been uploaded. Did you use MS Internet Explorer?Or perhaps Firefox, etc. I recommend the former. You will receive a success message once the file has been uploaded.

Still working on the upload. Status bar shows complete but network shows only about 4MB transferred.  Around 6-8MB the network times out.  Tried rebooting box and network adapter with similar result.  Will try again tonight.

Hi Bruce,

I can give you FTP instructions that are more reliable if you want to try that. I have had several customers upload very large files over the past few days (include 20MB last night), so I know that is working.

I don't seem to be able to get past 13MB before the network times out.  I guess it must be the DSL line; it never gets to the same place twice.
