I have data from 10 field trips to enter, but my checklist contains only one bird - the Emperor Goose.  It printed out my lists just fine after my last screwup, and I hadn't tried to use the "add" feature until now.

Will you be available M-F 8-5  Pacific time in the next 2 weeks?  I will ask Damian to come over to work on it with you during your availability.

I am here M-F, 8-5. However, I can probably assist you if you will just tell me exactly what you are doing. Tell me what settings, exactly all of them, on your sightings entry setup window. That will likely give me the clue as to what is wrong and what the solution will be. If you can include a screen shot of that window, that will be worth a thousand words as the saying goes.

My computer tech would be able to provide screen shots and such to help with this issue. He can be here tomorrow if you'd be available. He could be here at 9a.m. your time. I know you don't normally do anything on weekends, but he has trouble doing these things on weekdays, otherwise I wouldn't ask you for this. Please let me know if this is possible.
