I have B.D version 3.6.49 running on vista. I have two pdf files on the desk top one is Clements and one is Wells so that I can compare my two world lists. However, I cannot get them to print in MS Sans Serif and cannot therefore read the latin names. The computer is telling me that MS Sans Serif is loaded and Adobe Reader is telling me its not available "Cannot find or create the font".  Is there another way to address this problem?

While comparing my Wells list to my Clements list I have got Lovely Sunbird - [aethopyga shelleyi] in Wells but in Clements it puts the bird in as Handsome Sunbird - [aethopyga bella]. So as I was checking my Clements list I removed Handsome Sunbird which also removed Lovely Sunbird from Wells. I have found Lovely Sunbird in subspecies of Metallic-Winged Sunbird - [aethopyga pulcherrima] and checked it off and it is staying on my Clements list as a subspecies so when I again put Lovely Sunbird in my Wells list it again also put Handsome Sunbird on my Clements list. I do not seem to be able to remove Handsome Sunbird from Clements without losing Lovely Sunbird from Wells.

Hi Jim,

Modify the report in the Report Designer window. Choose Output Columns and change the output font for each column to something basic such as Arial. To do this, click on the font column in the "Output Columns" section and it will become a button, then click on it again to bring up the Font dialog and change the font.

Concerning Lovely Sunbird. Wells' "Lovely Sunbird" is Clements' "Handsome Sunbird". Leave that sighting alone and remove the "Metallic-winged Sunbird" subspecific sighting.
