Jeff,
I am doing as you say but I distrust the results. I selected Clements. Also, I used Location = Belize, but on my system that checklist includes Sparkling-tailed Hummingbird, a species I saw in Belize and is considered hypothetical since we do not have a specimen or photo. By AOU 2009 rules, that list has 585 species. By Clements 2008 v.6.3.2, there are 592 species. The extras are paired with known Belize species: Gray-headed and Gray-fronted Dove, Least Pygmy-Owl and Central American Pygmy-Owl, Long-billed and Long-tailed Hermit, Little and Stripe-throated Hermit, White-necked and Guianan Puffbird, Northern and Amazonian Barred-Woodcreeper, Variable and Wing-barred Seedeater. Only one of each pair actually occurs in Belize.
If you want me to send you something else, let me know what it is.
