As requested, I'm reporting a Run Time Error 13 in Windows 7. I used BD successfully a few days ago, but got the error tonight while trying to enter a new sighting. It came up as soon as I pressed the "Add" button. The instructions for fixing it in Vista worked like a charm. I'm back up and running.
