I purchased the dragonflies with an old e-mail that was run through a phone company where I used to live.  I moved, lost that e-mail.  When I try to purchase the update it will not allow me because I cannot sign in with that e-mail.  Is there any way to correct this.  The old e-mail ended in gmavt.net.  Thanks.

Hi Andy,

You had created a second account for yourself at the Online Store. I merged both into your latest account with your current email. Now all of your licenses and purchases are under that account.

You can logon to the online store with any of your previously purchased license IDs - no need to remember email address - and your Online Store password.

Now - as for your dragonflies tax list - I see no purchase from you for that tax list on either account. I have trees, cacti, whales, mammals, fishes, and Clements. But no dragonflies tax list. Let me know if I am in error somehow or if you have the license ID for your previous purchase.

Actually I just checked and my wife purchased it.  She also did the butterflies, reptiles and amphibians. 

I believe so.  She still has that e-mail.  Thanks for your help.
