Sorry for the problems. Can you please tell me more about what you did, what kinds of problems you ran into, any messages, etc?
What do you mean by "can't unlock files"? During the Clements download, where you click on the link on the Downloads page, you are asked for a installation password, this password can be found on your invoice (copy emailed to you). Is this what you are talking about? Sometimes, on some systems (mine included) that window that pops up and asks for the password gets hidden behind another window - so you have to look for it by minimizing the other windows until you see it. Did you get past this point, or is this where you are stuck?
If you got past that point, did the download/install complete and the video tutorial start?
