Jeff
I have now purchased an Advanced User license and 2 taxonomies: "Birds - Australia - New Zealand - 2008" and "Birds - Clements-Cornell - World 2009 6.4.1". But I seem to have run into a problem activating the Australian taxonomy and checklist.
When I tried to import the downloaded version of the Australian taxonomy, I got the following message:
Name Not Unique!
The name [Birds - Australia - New Zealand - 2008] is already in use.
Please choose another.
So I chose another and things seemed to go OK.
However, when using Birder's Diary subsequently, I seem to have two Australian taxonomies to choose from - the old one (with the original name) and the new one (with the new name).
Unfortunately, when I select the new one, all of the mods that I recently made to the Australian taxonomy (like switching Eastern Broad-billed Roller to Dollarbird) are gone. When I go to the earlier version, my changes are there but am I licensed for this one?
I also installed the 2009 Clements-Cornell taxonomy and checklists and that seemed to go OK.
How do I clean this up? Do I, for example, just get rid of the newly installed Australian taxonomy (how?). And would I then have to import the associated checklist again?
On reflection, I guess maybe I shouldn't have tried to install the Australian taxonomy (maybe it was already there in th trial version)? But, if so, why did the Cornell one go without a problem?
Regards
Paul
