I just purchased online the Clements world 2008 upgrade from 2005 online.  I received my receipt whereon I got this info:

I went to birdersdiary.com as it says, logged in, and went to the downloads section;

I see a list of generic available downloads, but I don't see a Clements 2008 upgrade from 2005. ( I do see a 2009 upgrade!!)  and no indication of the one I purchased.  Tell me what I'm missing. Thanks

You got to the Online Store via a bad link in BD.  The purchase you should have made would have been for 2009.

No problem, I have converted your license for you and will send you the information you need to download and import it.
